About Michiel Bechir
I have started my long virtual journey into Second Life as a photographer in 2009.
First my main motivation was to share the richness of creations of all those different sims, with all their aspects. During
my trips I did meet a lot of people from all over the world. They learned me a lot of their backgrounds, passions and interests.
I have discovered the possiblities from all kinds of tools which helped me to improve my captures. By editing them I try to add a personal touch and feeling.
Experiments with the effect of colors are often done, and more recently I am trying to show the details by working with high resolution photos.

I joined Second Life in 2007, and back then I never realized how much this would mean to me.
Back then I had just started painting with acrylics after a very long break where I raised my children and looked after my family and my work.
Today I have been painting several hundred paintings since then and I still get a lot of inspiration from nature, second Life and northern islands such as Faroe Islands and Iceland.
In SL I started taking photos already in 2008, and has developed my style ever since. All this brings me to where I am today and I hope you will enjoy my pictures.
/ Sisi Biedermann

I have been around for some time, and have always been impressed by the vivid imaginations of the many artists that live in this virtual slice of the world. I started taking photos for fun and perhaps contribute a small token of my talent to it all. I am also owner of Rise Design Jewelry & Accessories, so my enjoyment of Second Life is now three-fold; creating pictures for myself and others to enjoy, meeting new people from all over the world, and creating high-quality mesh accessories.
To all my fellow shutterbugs and those that just like to appreciate the art of others, remember there’s always something beautiful in front you–just look in the mirror!
If interested in acquiring a photo, please contact me in-world, “Reya Darkstone”.
