On December 5, 2016, volume 2 of the Kultivate Quill and Pen will be published! The goal of the Quill and Pen is to highlight the voices of gifted and innovative writers in both real life and Second Life!
As promised we are back for volume two! We will publish this book on issuu and via ebook format so that you have a chance to become published. Categories include nonfiction, poetry, fiction, and mini shorts aka flash stories.
CATEGORY GUIDELINES:
Nonfiction – one essay up to 3000 words, no extra space between paragraphs, white space for section breaks only
Poems-one poem per page, no more than six pages, single spaced and left justified
Mini Shorts (flash stories)-Up to 700 words, double spaced, no extra space between paragraphs. White space for section breaks only
Fiction-One story up to 3000 words, double spaced, no extra space between paragraphs. White space for section breaks only
Please note that you should submit your work via a google doc (or similar service) link and not copy and paste your work in the space provided on the submission form. This is to help with formatting and publishing.
