It is back for the second year in a row, the Scare Me Silly Photo Challenge! This event has a combined 10,000L’s in prize money! This year we have a Scare Me Silly Shopping event fundraiser that supports Team Diabetes of Second Life and we would love to see some interesting images of the event! Below are prizes for the challenge:
1st Place – 3,000Ls, image published in Kultivate magazine and on the website
2nd Place – 2500L’s, image published on the website
3rd Place – 1,500L’s image published on the website
4th, 5th, and 6th Place – 500L’s each; name mentioned on website
7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th Place – 375L’s each; name mentioned on website
Guidelines & Rules:
- Teleport to The Scare Me Silly Event: (http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Water%20Haven/146/138/22) and take a photo of yourself at the area, it can be on one of the rides, in the haunted house, anywhere at the event area, use your imagination!
- The image must be taken at The Scare Me Silly Event and your avatar must be visible in the image
- All images must be posted in the official contest Flickr Group: https://www.flickr.com/groups/kultivatephotochallenges/
- You are allowed 1 submission
- When posting your images, please use the following naming convention: Scare Me Silly-your sl name (do not use display names)
- All images must include the location slurl in the description
- All images must be new and original. You can add the images to other Flickr groups.
- Nudity and adult themes are not permitted as the sim is Moderate/Mature
- Editing the image in Photoshop, GIMP, or some other graphics program is ok
- You have until Ocotober 20, 2016 at 12:00 am to enter the contest. Please note that we will use the Flickr date and timestamp to determine if you met the deadline
- Winners will be announced by October 31, 2016 via Flickr mail, on our website, and in our in world group
- Please remember to follow all covenants and rules when visiting sims and places that do not belong to you
