  1. Transforming wide angle distortion is one reason I use Adobe’s Lightroom before I use Photoshop. All you have to do is click Auto under lens correction section of the develop module. That will fix the distortion 95% of the time!

    For the other 5% of the time Lightroom’s other tools will fix it. In extreme cases Lightroom can call up Photoshop. (Lightroom is really a professional level photo editing tool and a LOT cheaper than Photoshop.)
