It’s almost summer, so we have created our next photo contest: “In the Summer Time!” This photo contest has 5,000Ls in combined prize money!

Prizes:

1. 1st place- 2000L’s, 1 double page ad in Windlight Magazine, winning photo will be printed in Windilght Magazine and on our website
2. 2nd place – 1500L’s and photo will be printed on our website
3. 3rd place – 1000L’s and photo will be printed on our website
4. 4th place – 500L’s

Guidelines & Rules:

• The goal is to take photos of summer scenes, think beach, bbq’s, sailing, fishing, you name it!
• The photo must have the summer time theme included
• All photos must be posted in the official contest Flickr Group: https://www.flickr.com/groups/windlightevents/
• You are allowed 1 submission
• When posting photos please use the following naming convention: Summer Time Photo Contest-your sl name (do not use display names)
• All photos must include the location slurl in the description
• All photos should be new and original. You can add the photos to other Flickr groups
• Nudity is ok if conducted in a tasteful way that fits the theme. Adult behavior and activities are not allowed
• Editing in Photoshop, GIMP, or in some other graphics program is ok
• You will have until June 30, 2016 at 1159 pm to enter the contest
• We will use the Flickr date and timestamp to determine if you met the deadline
• Remember to follow all covenants and rules when visiting sims and places that do not belong to you

Judging:

Judges will be independent of the contest and cannot enter the contest. Judges will judge your photos on the following criteria:

• Creativity
• Originality
• Technique
• Incorporation of the theme in your photos
• Following of submission and guideline rules

Deadlines:

You can enter photos from now until June 30, 2016 at 1159 pm. We will use the date and time stamps in Flickr, so check your time zones
