As today is Veterans Day, we have decided to have a special image of the day today. The image is of the WW2 Memorial. As many veterans from this era are no longer with us, it is important that we remember why we fought WW2 and what we were fighting against. In lieu of the recent right wing hysteria that is gripping many of our countries, including America, I ask that today you remember why we fight–to stop oppression, for freedom, for those who cannot fight themselves, for equality, and for democracy.
