Fifty years some very courageous people risked their lives in their fight for equality. While there has been much progress, now is not the time to grow complacent with hate movements actively seeking to reverse all progress over the past fifty years. So this year with fifty years marking the anniversary of the Stonewall Riot, Second Pride proudly brings the 2019 Second Pride Event.
Set in with a loose theme of New York, 2019’s Second Pride event will be held with Diana Ross at heart and Central Park. In the park you will find paved footpaths and stalls. And of course, the central party zone where yo let your hair down and taste your rainbow.
So come over, get your pride on and celebrate our heroes of the LGBTQI community who started the hard battle for all us rainbows. A movement that set alight around the world.
